With the advent of WiFi technology, it is easy to discover a multitude of free Wi-Fi hotspots around the world. Most have the name of a country or city on them as well as the state or city that they are located in. When looking at these locations, it can be easy to get lost and easily forget who is actually on my WiFi. As someone who travels often and uses my computer for much of my time, this can cause me to lose contact with those that I am trying to communicate with. This becomes quite frustrating, particularly if I need to get an update on some pending activity.
Thankfully, I have been able to discover that I can purchase a software program called Who Is On My WiFi? that does exactly what it says it will do. With this application, it is easy to locate who is actually on my WiFi. It can find the name of the owner and then it provides them with their password. This makes it possible for them to update me when it needs to send them an update. In addition, it can provide me with the name of the WiFi network it is connected to so that I can search for the names of my children, the office I am working at, or just about any other location that may need to be found via WiFi.
The software also allows me to set the duration for which it will run its searches. By default, it will run once an hour. However, by choosing one of the many time ranges that it provides, it can run several times each day. By enabling the option to run once per day, I can be sure that I am constantly updated on who is actually on my WiFi.
